St. Peters, Missouri -
The moms from Team Folin, Team Kissell, Team Cochrum, and Team Miller participated in a Powder Puff Flag Football tournament last night in the 2nd Annual Powder Puff Challenge.  The teams played in a single elimination bracket with a championship game and a third place game.  Team Folin defeated Team Cochrum in the championship game, 15-7.  Team Miller finished third.  Patti Folin was named the tournament MVP.

The Powder Puff Challenge began last year (2007) with only two teams participating.  Team Kissell defeated Team Cochrum 14-0 to win last year's title.  The defending champions didn't fair as well this year, dropping games to both Team Folin and Team Miller.

"We hope to have even more teams participate next year," said Derrick Miller, "It was a blast, my wife had a great time."

"I did have a great time and can't wait until next year," added Angela Miller.

In the first round, Team Cochrum defeated Team Miller 7-0 and Team Folin defeated Team Kissell 6-0.  In the Third Place game, Team Miller defeated Team Kissell 8-0.  Team Folin won the championship game over Team Cochrum 15-7.
